2017 has Friday's walk - Nel's afternoon International Session - Julian's Breton Dances - then - A sit-down Meal. We ask ONLY for this meal - Please, we would appreciate your Fri meal requirements beforehand, to prepare. A full proposed menu. Please view & select on the FORM HERE It's pleasant to sit together in the hall on Friday eve, for food choices not needing excessive preparation. Please give us NOW, your Friday meal choice at tables in the Hall.
Ask for other meals & lunchtime snacks when you are there. Your early preferences on the form however do help us better plan requirements for all of the Long Weekend. Food on Sat, Sun & Monday are requested earlier on each day.
Do you wish to eat before the ContraDance, but unabletoreachGtAlneby6pm? If you wish to have a meal/s KEPT HOT for you, then please say on the form WHEN you DO hope to arrive ! You may then still enjoy a reserved cooked meal in the small "Café room", after the Hall tables have been cleared ready for dancing. (NB. Professional catering options have thus far been impractical for our small numbers, and are relatively very costly.)
