2019 Friday afternoon has - Julian's Breton Dances - then - Karin's first International Session - then - A sit-down Meal. We ask ONLY for this meal that - We'd appreciate your Fri main course requirements beforehand, to buy these and prepare. It's pleasant to sit together in the hall on Friday eve, for food choices not needing excessive preparation. CONSIDERABLE THANKS TO THOSE WHO HAVE HELPFULLY ALREADY SENT REQUIREMENTS. NOW, PLEASE JUST FEEL WELCOME TO COME AND SHARE OUR MEAL. WE HAVE ALLOWED FOR A VERY FEW NON-ORDERED EXTRAS ! IF YOU'VE NOT ORDERED, then STILL, and UNTIL WEDNESDAY 24TH APRIL - MIDDAY DEADLINE ! - Friday main course menu items from which to select are best filled in ON THE BOOKING FORM HERE . And also Last-Minute Booking for all of the Long Weekend - ( This is also now made available - ONLY UNTIL THIS EXTENDED DEADLINE - - to BOOK a SEASON TICKET AT £45, if you wish ! ) Menu choices on Sat & Sun eves and for Monday's seated lunch is requested as early as you can on each day. Just complete the lists for other meals & lunchtime snacks when you are THERE. Your early preferences on the booking form have however, helped us - - better to plan requirements for all of the Long Weekend.

Do you wish to eat before the ContraDance - - but CANNOT reachGtAlneby6pm ? We can have a meal/s KEPT HOT for you, but please say on the form WHEN you DO hope to arrive ! You may then still enjoy a reserved cooked meal in the small "Café room" - - after the Hall tables have been cleared ready for dancing.
Please complete your main course mealpreferences in the table on the booking sheets. This is not totally “binding”, but PLEASE try to record YOUR choice. That makes a helpful shopping guide for us.

Main Course 3 main items from which to choose: One or two alternative last-minute changes of mind are also likely to be OK ! 1) Carve your own portion ( CAUTION - VERY SHARP KNIVES ) from an oven-roasted Chicken: with Jacket baked potato: with petits pois - with carrot slices or with a side salad. NB FOR ALL MAIN CHOICES, ALTERNATIVE or ADDITIONAL - - ROAST BUTTERNUT SQUASH, ROAST SWEET POTATO and ROAST PARSNIP available. ASK ! OR 2) Whole oven baked mackerel: OR 3) (Vegetarian): Linda Mc Cartney Plaits. Cheese, leek & potato filling in a puff pastry plait. OR SELECT INSTEAD AT THE TIME - Filled Jacket Potato: with Cheese or with baked beans or with coleslaw. With each, a choice of petits pois or side salad. OR (Vegetarian): Oven baked jacket potato & choice of moderately spiced Indian vegetarian filling: eg Dal Makhani. With petits pois or side salad.
