Plenty does happen, but generally this is a much more quiet day - The Monday webpage. SCROLL ALL THE WAY DOWN FOR MONDAY's Provisional PROGRAMME.
Monday 27th April 2020
John Tozer and Paul Lindley relax after Monday's lunch.
Monday 27th April 2020 PLAN IT - LOOK AHEAD NOW - and - Take a break with us.
Why this working Monday in April? 1) Specialist dancing for YOU.
2)Space to enjoy the Hall.
3) A pleasant meal. of YOUR choice. And chat time over lunch too.
4) Back during cold Springtimes eg in 2010 '11 & 2013 - Bluebells were hardly to be seen during our event. (Nonetheless, Oversley Wood was unforgettably enchanting. A "carpet of white" with its spectacular wood anemonies.) An outstanding, beautiful bluebell show, with their heavy scent WAS there every other year eg for 2012, 2014 &'15 - A lovely April bluebell wildflower display in 2019 too. Partake on Mon 27 April 2020: look forward to this spectacle of open bluebells. A Spring experience not to miss. =
The quieter Monday back when most of the timbers once supporting the hall's steep outer thatch could be seen.
A small path through bluebells & stitchwort. Alas managed by covering this wildflower spectacle for some years with excessive piles of decaying brash which has buried the bulbs.
Plan ahead, then you can share this day participating with us ! - A wonderful, special day with a relaxed chat over lunch. Take advantage of Monday. The BEST quiet day to really get to know Julian, Karin, Elsa and their dances. Peacefully enjoy on the Monday, WHAT WE DO - lots of varied dancing, handchimes, walking & more.
