"On the Door" Season Ticket £50 £90 £45 £40
For EACH stay overnight please add this - Whether in Caravan, Campervan etc. for each night of any on-site stay outside or in. To balance the on-site proportionately greater use being made of the hall. £3.00 £6 £3 £2
Do NOT just assume overnight space availability, outside or inside. Complete form AND phone please as indicated.
The reason for asking the payment termed “overnight” is that, to keep Season Ticket prices very affordable, we wish to be genuine in balancing our payments made for Hall use. Some are placed to make much of its facilities to advantage. Similarly paying ticket holders attending occasionally, make far less use of our cost - which is Hall hire.
BOOKING FORMS are on the EARLY BIRD page HERE.
The 'no fool' PAY-DEADLINE is 1st April !
For the bargain "Early Bird" SeasonTicket

You're equally WELCOME (without booking) to drop by to any part
of this long weekend of folk dance, music & song. If you decide thus:

Visit us and pay just one price to partake in any whole series of daytime workshops.

Similarly for the long evening opportunities. All one price. Workshops/music/through an evening of varied dancing.

We hope thus, you try many kinds of dance. (Do things you've not done before?) Perhaps try making music too.

You may instead drop by even for just one daytime session. (Enjoy some good food too!) If you do this, then:

Please come-inside & sign-in. Just make a fair small contribution to our Hall hire cost.
*****************************************************************************************************************************
We hope these prices & workshops encourage participation of young people, leaving most of the evening for adults to dance.
Please bring along as many young people as you think may be interested in the folk fun. Especially in the middle of the day.
We are very appreciative that senior citizens are in general, pleased to contribute in the "adult" category.
This greatly helps to pass-on the joy of folk music and dance to a younger generation.
****************************************************************************************************************************
Children under 10 years are free throughout (if accompanied by a paying, participating supervisory adult).
But from visiting supervising adults just watching their child - a token of £1 per child per workshop is appreciated.
(£2 per child per completed workshop is an appropriate contribution as spectator of 10 to 16 year olds.)

We wish to pass on the active traditions of folk dance, music & song.
This price structure is to encourage parents (& grandparents) to bring along children
- together with their friends -
to discover the joy to be found in the folk activities, dance and music available.
The Maypole, the Border Morris and the Handbell Ringing make mid Saturday & mid Sunday ideal for visits.
*****************************************************************************************************************************
With a philosophy of sharing & dance exchange, we keep Prices low, and close to those of previous years -
despite increases in the cost of hall hire.
We wish our pricing structure to encourage participation by the younger "folk generations".
We ask an Adult "on the door" increase from £10 (in 2008) to only £13 for an entire daytime price,

AND introduced the even better value "Season Ticket" in 2009.
The event continues only with YOUR continued support.

***************************************************************************************************************************

An occasion here with the hall otherwise unused, allows an informal chance to play music.

Lorraine and Mike enjoy making music together.
